Terms of Sale & EU Right of Withdrawal

1. Scope & European Delivery

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made via the official European online platform of Aipas Electric Bikes Europe GmbH. We dispatch products to all 27 European Union member states directly from our central fulfillment hubs in Frankfurt and Rotterdam.

2. European Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the e-bike.

3. 2-Year European Manufacturer Warranty

Aipas provides a comprehensive 24-month manufacturer warranty covering the frame, brushless motor, Samsung/LG lithium battery pack, controller, and electronic display. Replacement parts are dispatched from European service centers.

4. Payment & Currency

All prices are expressed in Euros (€ EUR) and include standard European VAT applicable in the destination country. Payments are settled exclusively via SEPA Bank Transfer or on-chain Bitcoin (BTC Only).
